Can't Believe June is Almost Over

It has been an exciting month. We jumped into June with a 3-day stay in Somerset. There we had the opportunity to meet with a number of ministry partners and potential ministry partners. It was a great time as we shared our new ministry role with National Network of Youth Ministries (NNYM). ​It was a fruitful time as we welcomed 2 new ministry partners

From Somerset, we traveled east to Ocean City, New Jersey, for a week with our family. It was all sun, sand, and surf as we enjoyed the beach, boardwalk, and some sweet family time. With all the kids together, we realized it had been almost 3 years since our last family vacation. It was a great time.

Now that I'm back in the office, it's full steam ahead. I'm working to set up the next round of ministry partner appointments. I'm hoping to spend some time in and around the South Hills of Pittsburgh, another couple of days in Somerset, and a few days in the Philadelphia area. 

Along with scheduling ministry partner appointments, I have become reaching out to youth workers here in West Virginia. The plan is to start in the Wheeling area, then head towards the Morgantown area.

I've been fortunate to meet with youth leaders from southwestern PA. It's so exciting to be able to have conversations with these amazing people, hear their faith stories, and learn about their ministries.

I am so grateful for all the support and encouragement I received over the last couple of weeks. I'm looking forward to seeing God move in relationships and ministry opportunities.
