September 2025 Ministry Update

Cleveland Rocks!

We have been living in Cleveland, Ohio for almost nine months.  We’ve endured a brutally cold Winter and an unusually hot Spring and Summer. But as the temperatures begin to cool off and colors start to fill the trees, Fall is promising to be a special season in Northeast Ohio.

Summer was a season full of ministry. From 1-on-1 meet ups with youth leaders to strategic regional planning to gearing up for the coming school year, we’re ready to step into the 2025-2026 with youth leaders. One of my most favorite moments from the summer was being able to host, Footprints on Campus, NNYM’s national prayer initiative that invites folks to gather at their local schools to pray for the school year. We prayer walked around five of our local schools in the Bay Village area.

September is a month of kick offs. We already held our first youth leader gathering where we welcomed almost forty youth leaders. And on September 4th, we will launch the new, CLE West Youth Leader Network. This new network will help connect youth leaders on the westside of Cleveland, along the edge of Lake Erie. We will also see other networks around the Cleveland area return to regular meeting schedules this month.

As I get ready for the new school year, I am looking forward to continuing to serve youth leaders through coaching, mentoring, encouraging, and supporting their ministry with students.
