NNYM’s vision is to see every youth leader thrive in deeper connection with God and each other so that every young person is changed by the story of Jesus. We create collaborative spaces for youth leaders to be personally encouraged, professionally equipped and spiritually strengthened for faithful and effective ministry with the next generation.

In August of 1999, God moved our little family to the South Hills of Pittsburgh. I accepted the role of Youth Director at a church in Venetia, PA. While unloading the moving truck, one of my new neighbors walked up and invited me to join the local youth leaders network. Who knew then that that invitation would lead to a greater desire to partner with youth leaders called to reach students with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Having spent 30 years working as a full time youth leader in Western Pennsylvania and the Ohio Valley, I am thrilled to be a part of the National Network of Youth Ministries, serving as the Cleveland Area Coordinator. My hope is to see every youth leader thrive in a deeper connection with God and with other youth leaders as they reach students with the life changing story of Jesus.
